The following videos were created, edited, produced, written, and directed by our partners at Walpole Media Corporation.

Interview with Walpole Police Department Mental Health Liaison, Dylan Jones. In February of 2023, Licensed Mental Health Clinician, Dylan Jones was appointed as the Walpole Police Department's Mental Health Liaison; as part of a state funded grant initiative to create jail diversion programs. In this interview, Jones discusses his position and shares more information about the duel-response model and other efforts to address the overrepresentation of individuals with mental illness and substance abuse disorder in the Massachusetts criminal justice system.

Interview with Drug Free Communities Program Director Kelsey Ober - As the new Program Director for the Drug Free Communities Program in Walpole, Kelsey Ober works alongside the Health Department to coordinate the Walpole Prevention Coalition. Kelsey discusses her role as the Program Director and the research, mission, and ongoing work of the Coalition.

Sesame Workshop | Elmo Learns About Parental Addiction - In this video Elmo and his Dad talk about substance use disorder and getting treatment. This video is good for those who have young (pre-elementary to elementary age) children.

Talk. They Hear You Discussion Starter - In this video, the importance of having conversation with your child(ren) about substance use and your expectations is discussed. This video shows you ways you can discuss this topic with the youth in your life.

Talk. They Hear You | Sharing Expectations - In this video, the importance of having conversation with your child(ren) about substance use and your expectations is discussed.

Sesame Workshop | Lending a Hand - In this video Elmo and friends discuss the importance of getting help and giving help when a loved one is dealing with substance use disorder.

Talk. They Hear You | Talking with Adults - In this video, youth are reminded that when they are faced with a difficult situation that it is important to talk with a trusted adult who can help you navigate the situation safely.

Talk. They Hear You | Youth Listen - In this video, youth discuss that they are listening to you when you talk, even when it seems like they aren't. Having frequent conversations about your rules and expectations is a great way to set your youth up for success.
